Requirements
- Preferred experience in public or private accounting, including reconciliations and financial operations.
- Preferred healthcare experience, particularly healthcare billing and administration.
- Skilled in Excel.
- Familiarity with platforms like ZenDesk, Slack, and internal operations tools.
- Strong attention to detail when assessing the legitimacy and fairness of submitted bills.
- Comfortable reconciling accounts and recording entries precisely.
- Able to evaluate complex healthcare scenarios and recommend solutions aligned with CrowdHealth policies.
- Strong organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple cases at different stages.
- Collaborative and supportive when working with team members.
Responsibilities
- Assess bills for completeness, eligibility, and fair market pricing.
- Coordinate with Care Advocates to resolve questions or gather additional information.
- Submit bills for negotiation when pricing is excessive.
- Respond to Member requests and questions quickly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the Member experience.
- Submit eligible bills for crowdfunding.
- Troubleshoot and resolve crowdfunding issues.
- Handle failed payments, refunds, and cancellations.
