Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience in consulting or internal change, transformation, strategy, or organizational development roles.
- Demonstrate proven business development and account expansion experience.
- Have exceptional client delivery and client relationship management skills, including experience with high-stakes short- and long-term engagements.
- Be able to manage multiple engagements at once.
- Demonstrate people leadership and firm leadership skills.
- Be confident using Google Suite, Microsoft Applications, CRM tools, and AI tools; HubSpot and Gemini are pluses.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Be willing to travel up to 70%.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high-stakes client engagements and translate scopes of work into execution plans.
- Own executive-level client relationships and act as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders.
- Track client outcomes and value creation, identify risks, and recalibrate delivery when client needs change.
- Lead client sessions and facilitate discussions, adapting to audience and managing difficult dynamics.
- Manage engagement teams, clarify roles and ways of working, and develop team members.
- Track engagement pricing, margins, and scope changes.
- Expand current accounts and pursue new clients from initial conversations through to closing sales.
- Design solutions and proposals that address prospect needs, timelines, and budgets; price proposals to target margin.
- Manage the deal pipeline and related details in internal systems.
- Help evolve Kotter’s intellectual property, develop and package solutions, improve internal processes, and develop colleagues.
