- Be able to stay calm, focused, and make decisions in stressful situations.
- Learn quickly and process large amounts of new information.
- Follow instructions and established processes.
- Bring good analytical and communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance and status of systems and key business indicators.
- Identify and respond to system alerts, incidents, and unusual activities.
- Analyze issues and troubleshoot them using established procedures.
- Handle incidents independently or collaborate with other teams to resolve them.
- Communicate with Account Managers, Technical Specialists, Developers, and other departments to maintain service quality.
