Requirements
- Define product vision and roadmaps for shared platform systems.
- Prioritize platform work with customer-facing product rigor.
- Frame technical debt and platform investments as business trade-offs tied to customer impact, capacity, and revenue.
- Own subscription management across the App Store, Google Play, and web, including billing and entitlements.
- Manage event collection, data orchestration, and customer data platform capabilities.
- Own platform reliability, security, and application versioning across iOS, Android, web, and APIs.
- Improve software development workflows, including CI/CD, developer experience, and use of AI in coding, testing, code review, and release.
- Prototype with AI and define capabilities for secure, trusted AI experiences.
- Partner with software, DevOps, and data engineers and coordinate across product squads.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for shared systems, prioritizing them as customer-facing products.
- Translate platform and technical-debt work into business trade-offs based on customer impact, capacity, and revenue.
- Own subscription management across the App Store, Google Play, and web, including plans, billing, entitlements, and pricing-test tools.
- Own email deliverability, event collection, data orchestration, and the customer data platform.
- Own platform reliability, security, and versioning across iOS, Android, web, and APIs.
- Modernize coding, testing, code review, and release workflows with AI; improve CI/CD and developer experience.
- Define shared capabilities for trusted AI experiences, including business context and secure data access.
- Partner with engineering, DevOps, and data engineers; coordinate with other squads and platform teams, prototype with AI, and deliver commitments.
