Job Details

Be independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the drive to see initiatives through.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence presenting to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrate strong business analysis skills, including capturing requirements, analysing use cases, and translating them into solutions.
Have strong data modelling knowledge and the ability to design complex models.
Be competent in Python or a similar language for writing functions and plugins.
Have intermediate SQL skills.
Be proficient with at least one cloud environment.
Be comfortable using AI tooling for efficiency and understand agentic AI concepts and AI guardrails.
Have expertise in at least one complex domain; retail experience is preferred.
Power BI or similar proficiency is desirable, or the ability to learn quickly.
Modern architecture, leading data platform, and Boomi, Mulesoft, or similar integration-platform experience are desirable.

Lead other Implementation Engineers and support their development.
Own pre-sales, discovery, design, environments, releases, and supportability end-to-end.
Support project estimating and sizing across pre-sales and delivery.
Make and validate high-level architectural design decisions, and review low-level designs, configuration specifications, and code.
Analyse and validate client data, structures, and use cases.
Deliver complex implementations, including custom plugins and data model extensions, with data engineers and platform developers.
Configure connectors, workflows, and data transformations, and create or extend Power BI dashboards using Xfuze data layers.
Support solution testing and QA, and coordinate product-gap resolution with the platform team.
Advise clients on implementation strategy and best practices, manage key stakeholders, and contribute to commercial proposals.
Produce documentation and training guides, and advocate for recurring custom work to inform the Core Platform roadmap.
