Requirements
- Retail or service experience is welcomed, including backgrounds such as the Apple Store, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco.
- Complete the paid training.
- Pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance.
- Be self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Be able to handle several tasks in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment while providing friendly customer service.
Responsibilities
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process; the role does not involve cold-calling.
- Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies to find an option that fits their budget.
- Listen to customers’ concerns and identify solutions that help them feel confident in their choice.
- Help customers finalize their new insurance policy.
