- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, sales, athletics, customer service, or leadership is a plus.
- Strong interest in healthcare, technology, and medical devices.
- Ability to learn technical and clinical concepts quickly.
- Comfort working in hospital and operating room environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during surgical procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on clinical support for the DEXTER installed base within the assigned territory.
- Support surgeons and operating room staff in using DEXTER before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Provide on-site support for system setup, procedures, and post-procedure activities.
- Support delivery, installation, and commissioning of DEXTER systems with hospital BioMed teams and OR staff.
- Train hospital Central Sterile Services and Sterile Processing Departments on reprocessing reusable instruments.
- Support training, customer onboarding, and educational sessions for surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff.
- Track procedure activity and maintain accurate records while supporting procedure utilization targets.
- Build professional relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff and respond to customer questions.
- Support product demonstrations, customer events, conferences, trade fairs, and educational activities.
