Requirements
- Have deep knowledge of Reddit culture, including what earns traction and what gets removed.
- Have a marketing background, such as content, social media, SEO, or AEO/GEO.
- Write naturally and be comfortable putting your name to a brand in the open.
- Work exclusively with Outpost, with no other Reddit or agency clients.
- Be able to respond to high-priority threads within 24 hours at the latest.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Experience representing a brand on Reddit or running a brand community is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage clients’ branded Reddit accounts and represent their brands in relevant communities.
- Use the platform’s prioritized thread queue to identify conversations worth joining.
- Comment, post, and occasionally run AMAs on clients’ behalf, including in threads where brands are compared or discussed negatively.
- Respond to high-priority threads quickly, ideally within an hour and no later than 24 hours.
- Build and run clients’ subreddits, turning relevant threads into community content.
- Keep client subreddits active and welcoming, and moderate them as community spaces.
- Flag buyer feedback and other relevant community insights for monthly client intelligence.
