Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
- Have experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Be able to lead client-facing conversations.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
- Have experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
- Financial services marketing experience is preferred.
- Lead-generation and appointment-setting campaign experience is preferred.
- Video sales letter marketing experience is preferred.
- High-ticket or considered-purchase funnel experience is preferred.
- Direct-response advertising experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
- Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
- Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
- Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
- Monitor performance daily and adjust campaigns based on cost per appointment and other key metrics.
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
- Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
