Requirements
- Have 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
- Have experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
- Have experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
- Preferred: experience in financial services marketing.
- Preferred: experience with lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns.
- Preferred: experience with video sales letter marketing.
- Preferred: experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels.
- Preferred: experience with direct-response advertising.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
- Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
- Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
- Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
- Monitor performance daily and adjust campaigns based on cost-per-appointment and other metrics.
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
