Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or a related role in software development.
- Have hands-on experience delivering AI projects and owning outcomes, not only coordinating execution.
- Have experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and scoping to delivery and evaluation.
- Understand agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or MCP.
- Have a strong understanding of Agile software development theory and practice.
- Have experience facilitating workshops such as Design Sprints or discovery phases.
- Be confident working with data and communicating trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Be fluent in English and Polish (B2+/C1).
- Have assertiveness and negotiation skills.
- Have experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or NotebookLM in day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI projects using Agentic Engineering from discovery through delivery and optimization.
- Translate business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, and sprint plans.
- Facilitate discovery phases and Design Sprints to define AI solutions.
- Manage stakeholders across cross-functional, international teams and support clear communication.
- Own project governance, including risk management, budget control, and reporting.
- Help clients understand AI capabilities, trade-offs, and business impact.
- Contribute to internal AI consulting and training initiatives by sharing knowledge and improving methodologies.
