Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on technology-powered products.
Have experience managing mobile applications on iOS and/or Android; consumer app experience at scale is preferred.
Understand UI/UX principles and have experience working closely with designers.
Have hands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to build a simple technical solution, prototype, automation, or AI-powered feature.
Have led complex product features from their first iteration through later iterations.
Understand modern product discovery and product delivery methods.
Have strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing.
Be able to work constructively with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Have upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2).
Experience in health, fitness, or wellness apps is preferred.
Experience with subscription-based mobile products, monetization, paywalls, and in-app purchases is preferred.
A background in growth or retention-focused product work is preferred.

Develop and communicate product strategy and vision for mobile and web products.
Define and maintain the product roadmap based on business priorities, user needs, and market trends.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver products.
Conduct and analyze user research to guide product decisions.
Apply UX/UI principles to create intuitive mobile experiences across platforms.
Identify product and workflow opportunities for AI, and prototype and validate AI-powered solutions.
Track product analytics and KPIs, and run A/B tests to improve retention, conversion, and engagement.
Oversee product development from ideation to release and coordinate teams to ship features on schedule.
Analyze health, fitness, and wellness app trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Review user feedback, app store reviews, and support channels to address concerns and improve the product.
