Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
Bring preferably B2B SaaS, marketing technology, or analytics experience.
Have experience in product strategy and managing product development from discovery to delivery.
Use data-driven and customer-oriented decision-making.
Have hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, writing, and prototyping.
Have experience with Product Discovery, customer feedback, and experimentation.
Be able to independently create prototypes using AI tools, no-code platforms, or code.
Have experience defining and measuring product success metrics.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams.
Be able to manage priorities and make decisions under ambiguity.
Have excellent communication and documentation skills.
Use English for daily communication.

Own and develop product strategy aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Lead product discovery, identify opportunities, and validate ideas.
Use AI tools to analyze customer feedback, product data, and market insights.
Build prototypes using AI tools such as Claude, Figma, and no-code platforms.
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to define problems and deliver solutions.
Define success metrics and measure product outcomes.
Identify opportunities to implement AI-powered and agentic features.
Make decisions regarding priorities, scope, and product direction.
Drive product adoption and continuous improvement.
Ensure AI-powered features meet quality, trust, and reliability standards.
