Requirements
- Hands-on experience prototyping with Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, app builders such as v0, Lovable or Replit, and agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Track record of delivering AI agents or AI-native features into live client use.
- Experience leading customer-facing work with high-stakes or misaligned stakeholders.
- Roughly 5+ years in product or consulting; track record is emphasized over years or titles.
- Domain depth in at least one of Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality.
- Experience with 0→1 product innovation and building under ambiguity.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate between executive discussions and engineering briefs.
- Bias for action, including willingness to prototype, facilitate workshops, and prepare demos at short notice.
Responsibilities
- Prototype working AI solutions and demos with modern tooling to validate ideas in pre-sales.
- Serve as the day-to-day client partner and point of contact.
- Turn ambiguous, high-stakes goals into problem statements, solutions, and shared definitions of success.
- Lead solution shaping in pre-sales and continue through delivery.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Build business cases and ROI stories for client investment decisions.
- Support rollout and change so delivered solutions are adopted, and feed lessons back into the team.
