Requirements
- Have experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Software Engineering, or a similar developer-facing technical role.
- Bring hands-on programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or another relevant language.
- Have practical experience building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or integrations using APIs and frameworks.
- Have experience creating technical content, developer demos, workshops, or sample applications.
- Be able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to developers with different experience levels.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a developer-first mindset.
- Have experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to improve developer experiences.
- Have strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Nice to have: familiarity with MCP, agent-to-agent communication, or multi-agent architectures.
- Nice to have: experience with emerging AI-agent frameworks and tools.
- Nice to have: contributions to open-source projects or developer communities.
- Nice to have: experience supporting technical evaluations, integrations, or enterprise developer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Build working AI agents, demos, sample applications, and reusable templates that demonstrate Blocks.ai use cases.
- Create technical tutorials, articles, videos, workshops, and developer education materials.
- Engage with developers through GitHub, Discord, technical forums, community events, and hackathons.
- Help developers troubleshoot integrations and connect agents, applications, and services.
- Identify onboarding friction and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering, including reproduction steps and recommendations.
- Collaborate on documentation, SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling improvements.
- Support technical workshops, demos, and developer discussions with prospective enterprise customers.
- Track developer engagement, successful integrations, active agents, and ecosystem adoption.
