- Have at least 2 years of experience as a manager or team lead.
- Provide a portfolio of written work.
- Bring applied knowledge of GEO and SEO.
- Have experience with relevant tools and SEO-driven content calendars.
- Have project management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create efficient content production and reuse processes.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant discipline.
- Be passionate about technology and open source.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and attentive to quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategy aligned with business goals, SEO, and brand.
- Manage the end-to-end content calendar, ensuring efficient production and clear processes.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment across produced content.
- Collaborate with web and growth engineering teams to optimize content for search and AI engines.
- Lead quarterly content planning sessions with content specialists, product management, and marketing.
- Monitor and report content program KPIs, using analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Align messaging to support integrated campaigns across channels with marketing, product, and brand teams.
