Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development.
- Proven experience in leading a development team.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for Android native development.
- Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI for iOS native development.
- Experience with HTML5 app development.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong ability to guide, inspire, and influence team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead the renewal and expansion of existing mobile applications across Android, iOS, and HTML5.
- Define project scope, set deadlines, and manage project timelines.
- Assign tasks to team members and perform regular code reviews to ensure quality.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Manage tools and resources to meet project goals.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and clients or stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, address technical challenges, and oversee testing/bug-fixing.
