Job Details

Bring strong full-stack engineering expertise and a high standard for clean, efficient, maintainable code.
Use sound technical judgment to balance speed, quality, security, and long-term sustainability.
Be comfortable with API-driven and integration-heavy challenges, including reliable, clear, and consistent interface design.
Communicate clearly and explain complex technical topics across engineering and product teams.
Take ownership beyond individual tasks, identify improvement opportunities, and turn ambiguity into practical solutions.
Support other engineers through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and thoughtful technical leadership.
Bring systems thinking and an architectural perspective to scalability, reliability, and technical quality.
Speak German at C1 level or above and English fluently.

Set technical priorities and coordinate complex engineering work so API- and integration-related initiatives progress effectively.
Shape squad-level engineering decisions and technical strategy, focusing on scalable integrations, reliable interfaces, and sustainable platform capabilities.
Write high-quality, secure, and performant code, and strengthen engineering best practices around robustness, backward compatibility, and maintainability.
Translate complex requirements and product and business needs into pragmatic, reusable, well-structured engineering solutions.
Drive process improvements and address technical debt to strengthen the scalability, security, and reliability of connected systems.
Mentor colleagues and contribute to cross-squad initiatives that improve architectural consistency and developer experience.
