Bring 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Demonstrate a track record of shaping strategy and driving measurable business outcomes.
Translate data, customer research, and business insight into strategy and prioritized opportunities.
Have experience in early-stage or 0-1 product environments.
Navigate ambiguity and rapid iteration.
Use strong analytical and financial modeling skills to build business cases and forecasts.
Communicate clearly and influence through executive presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
Work across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to validate and develop ideas into actionable plans.
Bring curiosity and fluency in AI and emerging technologies and their potential for customer education and enterprise learning.
Bonus: Experience in customer education, enablement, or learning technology.

Build a deep understanding of the customer education market, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
Use data, research, and customer insight to identify and size opportunities.
Partner with design and engineering to prototype, test, and refine early concepts.
Create data-backed business cases to align senior leaders and teams.
Guide ideas through execution by clarifying outcomes and connecting work to intended goals.
Represent and communicate progress toward key goals and metrics.
Provide strategic guidance and coaching to product managers across the segment.
Explore how AI and emerging technologies can help customers learn effectively and scale enterprise education.
Advocate for customer education within the organization.
