- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical, data-driven recommendations.
- Analyze data, identify trends, interpret performance metrics, and translate findings into business insights.
- Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understand project planning, business operations, performance tracking, and execution methodologies.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and monitor deliverables.
- Prepare structured presentations and communicate analytical findings to different stakeholders.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and align stakeholders around common objectives.
- Work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take a proactive, organized, action-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, plan, and execute strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, monitor KPIs, identify trends, and generate insights.
- Develop project plans, define success metrics, track milestones, and monitor deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned with priorities and objectives.
- Assess workflows and contribute to practical process improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and performance updates for leadership.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, product, engineering, and data science teams.
- Research ambiguous business challenges, evaluate opportunities, and support effective solutions.
