Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or a related role at a high-growth startup or consulting firm is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management, business operations, or analytical work.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to analyze data, uncover trends, and inform decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and align stakeholders around shared goals.
- Initiative, organization, and ability to move work forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A strong academic background or demonstrated excellence in a relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Assist with research, analysis, planning, and execution across strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data, identify trends, track performance metrics, and develop insights to inform decisions.
- Create project plans, define success metrics, monitor milestones, and help teams stay aligned on priorities and outcomes.
- Identify challenges, help develop solutions, and contribute to process improvements across the organization.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to leadership.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, product, engineering, and data science teams to advance initiatives.
