Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Product Design.
- A proven track record leading end-to-end design initiatives for web and/or mobile applications.
- Extensive knowledge of user experience and interface design principles.
- Experience working with, implementing, or scaling design systems across product teams.
- Ability to influence product strategy and translate complex business and user challenges into design solutions.
- Experience driving initiatives across multiple teams or product domains.
- Ability to build alignment with Product Management, Engineering, and senior leadership.
- Experience managing the design lifecycle from research and discovery through implementation and quality assurance.
- Experience or strategic interest in AI-driven product innovation, including AI-integrated workflows and interaction patterns.
- Ability to mentor Senior Designers, provide constructive feedback, and influence design standards.
- Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for influencing stakeholders and articulating product vision.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, making strategic decisions, and balancing execution with long-term direction.
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and willingness to experiment with AI tools for design workflows, prototyping, and product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex design challenges spanning multiple teams and product domains.
- Identify high-impact opportunities and shape product strategy and design priorities.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering leaders to define roadmaps and priorities.
- Connect product domains to create cohesive, consistent user experiences.
- Lead initiatives from discovery and strategic ideation through implementation and design quality assurance.
- Mentor Senior Product Designers and support their professional and strategic development.
- Champion product design in strategic discussions and business decisions.
- Establish direction and standards for integrating AI into product experiences and workflows.
- Contribute to recruitment and talent development, including candidate identification and interviews.
- Lead initiatives that influence multiple product areas and long-term product outcomes.
