Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Demonstrated experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans and up-to-date milestones.
- Familiarity with internet technologies and protocols, such as DNS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
- Ability to assess workloads, identify technical challenges, and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional programs and drive execution across multiple teams, aligning priorities, timelines, and deliverables with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives involving Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support teams to support the product roadmap.
- Identify program risks, assess potential impacts, and develop contingency plans.
- Maintain visibility into outstanding work and communicate backlogs to key stakeholders.
- Guide prioritization discussions based on business needs, dependencies, and delivery objectives.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and changes in expectations to senior leadership using consistent reporting methods.
- Maintain and update roadmaps of committed work throughout the current planning cycle.
- Develop and improve processes to measure program performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
