Requirements
- Enjoy writing clean, scalable Python code and building AI systems.
- Have hands-on experience shipping AI systems in production.
- Have experience with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph or LlamaIndex, or with agentic automation.
- Bring experience building tools or chatbots that optimize human workflows.
- Have a strong software engineering background, including APIs, microservices, databases, and the AWS ecosystem.
- Be able to assess manual processes and identify how AI products could streamline them.
- Build relationships with non-technical stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and align engineering work with operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal business leaders to audit manual processes and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear AI product features and manage expectations about AI capabilities.
- Design, code, and deploy AI systems, including LLM applications, agentic workflows, RAG, and custom chatbots.
- Build and lead a small, agile team of AI engineers.
- Contribute to the codebase, set code quality standards, and mentor engineers.
- Take internal tools from discovery and rapid prototyping through production deployment.
- Ensure internal tools are intuitive for non-technical teams to adopt.
