Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree at minimum.
- Have 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or another external-facing role.
- Have PBM experience.
- Bring familiarity with the healthcare landscape, including relevant healthcare legislation and companies in the industry.
- Bring familiarity with healthcare administration and payer processes.
- Analyze data, identify gaps and risks, and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement recommendations for improvement.
- Create and use work plans to prioritize and manage concurrent client priorities and tasks across workstreams.
- Communicate professionally in writing and verbally, summarize information, and present findings and recommendations to internal and client leadership.
- Develop and maintain leadership-level relationships internally and externally.
- Work independently or collaboratively, take ownership, and prioritize strategically in ambiguous situations.
- Be organized and proficient with web and mobile technologies, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client relationships from planning and launch through ongoing management and renewal.
- Maintain client satisfaction throughout the client journey.
- Communicate Vida’s mission, value propositions, and impact using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Understand client and stakeholder priorities and identify upsell opportunities.
- Present analysis and make strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Co-create the marketing and engagement playbook for Vida’s client profiles.
- Lead collaboration across product, design, engineering, analytics, sales, and marketing to develop and implement solutions addressing client needs.
