- 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering or consulting; 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python or other data analytics tools; 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management; 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures; 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Theory of constraints

Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
- Have 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
- Have 2+ years of experience using Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
- Have 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
- Have 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing related operating and technical procedures.
- Have 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a bonus.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations and projects, including project plans, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, edge-case mitigation, and on-time completion.
- Create and analyze data to evaluate departmental performance.
- Assist in developing departmental metrics and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Work with partner groups to develop implementation, communications, and program strategies.
- Support change management and risk mitigation programs.
- Mentor team members and promote colleagues' growth.
