Requirements
- Hold an active APRN license in Washington DC.
- Have injectables certification or be ready to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.
- If newer to injectables, be available to attend the full in-person training.
- Bring genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow your own practice.
- Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
- Build a client base using Pinch marketing and personal networks, and encourage first-time clients to return.
- Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month sourced from personal networks and the community.
- Set a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week.
- Use Pinch's marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals.
- Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records.
- Represent Pinch in the local community and build awareness with neighbors and businesses.
