Requirements
- Have 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in finance, such as investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, or financial advisory.
- Have experience at a recognized, top-tier organization or equivalent.
- Have hands-on experience evaluating LLM/AI model outputs against rubrics or structured scoring criteria.
- Demonstrate career progression, such as Analyst to Associate to VP/Director.
- Be available reliably for at least 35 hours per week during weekdays.
- Bring verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Guide research and engineering teams in closing knowledge gaps in financial reasoning, analysis, and decision-making.
- Design challenging, domain-relevant finance tasks.
- Write accurate, well-reasoned solutions grounded in real financial practice.
- Evaluate AI model outputs against structured rubrics.
- Provide written feedback on correctness, judgment, and reasoning quality.
- Develop and refine evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics for finance tasks.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
