Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrate a track record of building and nurturing revenue-driving partnerships across global markets, especially Spanish and LATAM markets.
- Have native or professional (C1) fluency in Spanish for negotiations in key global markets.
- Have professional (C1) fluency in English for internal communication.
- Be proficient with the Impact platform.
- Have a strong command of SEO tools, specifically Ahrefs.
- Use Excel and Google Analytics to extract insights and support partnership growth.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bring strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Have excellent project and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and revenue drivers.
- Manage a portfolio of affiliate partners by creating account plans and quarterly growth roadmaps.
- Build and maintain partner relationships through QBRs, MBRs, planning, and feedback sessions.
- Monitor partner performance against revenue, ROAS, and AOV metrics and identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Develop revenue acceleration initiatives, including seasonal activations, exclusive deals, volume-based commission structures, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across online channels.
- Pursue strategic affiliate partnerships to grow market presence.
