Languages: English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Experience: Substantial professional experience as a Chief Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, or in a comparable technical leadership role.

Have proven experience leading complex engineering projects involving multiple technical disciplines.
Demonstrate strong expertise in mechanical design and analysis.
Have expertise in design for manufacture and assembly.
Have experience with technical verification through testing and root-cause analysis.
Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
A relevant master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field is preferred.
Experience with CAD, finite element analysis, or other relevant engineering simulation tools is preferred.
Experience leading projects from initial concept through detailed design, manufacturing, testing, and delivery is preferred.
Experience in aerospace, automotive, robotics, industrial equipment, energy, medical devices, or other complex engineering environments is preferred.

Design realistic engineering projects involving mechanical design, engineering analysis, manufacturing, and testing.
Coordinate contributions from other relevant disciplines and domain experts.
Translate project objectives into clear design requirements and operating constraints.
Define measurable acceptance criteria for engineering work.
Break complex engineering problems into connected tasks with defined inputs and deliverables.
Specify task dependencies and expert responsibilities.
