Requirements

  • Have a Matric certificate; a degree is a plus.
  • Hold a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate.
  • Have strong spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
  • Be confident using Zoom and basic tech tools.
  • Use a laptop or PC with Ryzen 5, Intel Core i5, Apple M1, or higher, and 8GB RAM.
  • Have fibre internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and use a LAN cable.
  • Have 4–5 hours of UPS backup and a mini-UPS for the router.
  • Have a noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Teach online English lessons to children and adults.
  • Use the provided lesson materials.
  • Create a supportive, interactive classroom environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help learners progress.
