Requirements
- Have a completed matric certificate.
- Hold a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate.
- Have excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
- Be confident using Zoom and other basic tech tools.
- Have a laptop or PC with a Quad Core i5, Ryzen 5, Apple M1 processor, or higher, and at least 8GB RAM.
- Have stable fibre internet with a minimum 25 Mbps download and upload speed, using a LAN cable connection.
- Have a UPS providing 4–5 hours of backup power.
- Have a separate mini-UPS to keep the fibre router powered during outages.
- Have a noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, and quiet, professional workspace.
- A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, interactive lessons using the structured teaching framework.
- Work with learners from different cultures, levels, and learning styles.
- Maintain a professional and positive virtual classroom environment.
- Monitor learner progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
