Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Pharmaceutical agency experience.
- At least 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management.
- Experience with direct client contact.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expected travel of up to 5%.
- Preferred: communications experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical settings.
- Preferred: experience with the medical-legal-regulatory review process.
- Preferred: experience writing statements of work and project briefs.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with client online submission systems such as Zinc or Veeva.
- Preferred: pharmaceutical drug launch experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage communications with team members about initial and ongoing information and project status.
- Support new business initiatives and identify opportunities for organic growth within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate pitch presentations and requests for proposals.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned projects within the client account.
- Implement projects to support the success and profitability of client deliverables.
- Manage projects with the Project Management team, developing timelines, communicating milestones, and identifying potential risks.
- Drive daily project activities by managing scope, scope changes, roadblocks, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings with key content experts.
- Maintain daily client contact, prepare contact reports, and summarize next steps.
- Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review and support proposals, budgets, reconciliations, and financial forecasting.
