Requirements
- Have several years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Have German proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Know practical techniques for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
- Have experience analyzing business processes and modeling as-is and to-be processes.
- Be able to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Know UML and BPMN notation.
- Have experience collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
- Work independently and take ownership of analytical tasks.
- Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
- API analysis and testing experience is an advantage.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Enterprise Architect is an advantage.
- Product Owner experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements independently.
- Analyze and model as-is and to-be business processes.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Create and update analytical documentation using UML and BPMN.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Identify business needs, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Support project teams in translating business requirements into functional solutions.
- Maintain the consistency, completeness, and quality of analytical deliverables.
