Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Business or System Analyst in the IT industry.
- Have practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Have experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Be able to create documentation based on User Stories.
- Have experience working with web or mobile applications.
- Have a basic understanding of system architecture, including REST APIs and databases.
- Have excellent spoken and written English at a minimum C1 level for daily cooperation with international clients.
- Experience in a software house is a strong plus.
- Finance or insurance sector experience is a plus.
- Experience working directly with enterprise-level stakeholders is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings, interviews, and workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into project and functional documentation and use cases.
- Design solutions tailored to client goals.
- Map and optimize business processes.
- Support the Project Manager and development team by clarifying business questions and maintaining backlog consistency.
- Prioritize tasks with the team.
- Create test scenarios and participate in acceptance testing of delivered features.
- Verify that delivered software meets business needs.
