Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of business analysis experience, specifically gathering requirements and managing backlogs for LIMS systems.
- Hold a PhD in Molecular Biology, Protein Science, Cellular Biology, or a related field.
- Have proficient knowledge of biotechnology and life sciences.
- Have experience with molecular cloning, protein expression, and antibody research.
- Have a strong command of Jira and agile methodologies.
- Have experience creating user stories and managing product backlogs.
- Have excellent written and spoken Polish and English, with the ability to communicate scientific and informatics-related terminology.
- Reside in Poland.
- Knowledge of protein purification techniques and protein analysis methods is a plus.
- Experience with biological assays such as FACS and ELISA is a plus.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle and technical tools such as Swagger is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders about application functionality and design.
- Translate and simplify requirements to create a consistent product vision.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, UX designer, and other analysts to identify solutions for business needs.
- Produce written documentation for the development team and support a shared understanding of the product vision.
- Provide initial support to laboratory users and triage reported issues.
- Set business priorities for bug fixes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and IT teams throughout product development.
- Manage the product backlog and support agile practices in project execution.
