Responsibilities
- Provide support to French-speaking users of wearable fitness technology and wellness devices.
- Troubleshoot Fitbit hardware, mobile application synchronization, and fitness-tracking software issues.
- Educate customers about health features, wellness insights, and fitness goal tracking.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer communication.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with international teams on industry trends and software updates.
- Represent the client’s brand in customer interactions.
