Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in SAP data analysis, reporting, or functional support roles.
- Have at least 4 years of direct experience supporting SAP BRIM or related SAP billing environments.
- Bring experience with enterprise billing, invoicing, subscription management, and customer account processes.
- Understand SAP BRIM data structures and billing and invoicing business processes.
- Have experience supporting data migration, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Have knowledge of enterprise data management, data quality, reporting, analytics, and financial reconciliation.
- Have practical experience with SQL, data analysis tools, SAP reporting tools, and SAP S/4HANA integrations.
- Be able to prepare functional specifications, testing documentation, and data governance materials.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a related discipline or have an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Preferred: Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP Data Services (BODS).
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise ETL platforms, reporting tools, or Agile or hybrid project delivery.
- Preferred: SAP BRIM, FI-CA, SAP S/4HANA, data analytics, or business intelligence certifications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze SAP BRIM data structures and processes across SOM, CC, CI, and FI-CA.
- Support data activities for customer accounts, subscriptions, billing, invoicing, payments, and receivables.
- Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, validation procedures, and reconciliation documentation.
- Analyze legacy data and support migration through extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with migration architects and technical teams on defects, mock conversions, cutover planning, and production deployments.
- Support billing, revenue, invoicing, customer account, and financial reconciliation reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements and translate them into functional data specifications.
- Develop and execute validation scripts, test scenarios, UAT, and reconciliation tests; track defects and verify data flows and reporting outputs.
- Maintain functional specifications, data dictionaries, governance documentation, reporting definitions, and operational procedures.
- Provide user support and knowledge transfer for SAP BRIM data and reporting processes.
