Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, construction coordination, facility development, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, vendors, budgets, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
- Experience with new clinic openings, medical office development, commercial leases, construction, or multi-site operations is highly preferred.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple new clinic development projects from initial planning through opening and post-launch support.
- Coordinate with contractors, landlords, vendors, and internal teams on site development, construction, and facility readiness.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, IT, and other departments to support clinic launches.
- Conduct site visits and attend vendor meetings.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and resolve challenges.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership.
