Requirements
- Have 4+ years of product management experience.
- Have shipped at least one LLM-powered feature to production.
- Understand how LLM products work, including prompting, retrieval, agents, evaluations, and failure modes.
- Have experience turning research or prototypes into products customers pay for.
- Write clearly and concisely, and explain model limitations to executives and engineers.
- Be comfortable owning outcomes with a small team in a startup environment.
- Preferred: background in AI governance, risk, compliance, or policy, including EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or ISO 42001.
- Preferred: experience with knowledge graphs, regulatory content, or enterprise search.
- Preferred: experience with vendor or third-party risk management.
- Preferred: experience at a Series A–C company navigating ambiguity and resource constraints.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for AI solutions and define monthly and quarterly outcomes.
- Own product metrics, including assistant activation, completion rate, recommendation acceptance, time saved, AI quality and evaluation pass rates, and feature retention.
- Take prototypes through validation, beta, and general availability as platform capabilities.
- Ship AI-powered governance intake that completes assessments, asks follow-up questions, and assigns risk tiers.
- Turn the knowledge graph into recommendations about applicable controls, regulations, and next steps.
- Define AI quality measures, evaluation criteria, acceptance thresholds, and release readiness.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on packaging, pricing, positioning, and launches.
- Talk to customers monthly and incorporate their language into the roadmap.
- Prompt, test, and break AI features; write evaluation criteria and review sample outputs.
- Build quick prototypes with AI coding tools to test ideas before engineering work begins.
