Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have 1–3 years of experience in trading, trading operations, or a related area.
- Have hands-on experience on a trading desk or in trading operations in the cryptocurrency or digital asset industry.
- Have practical experience working with Fireblocks.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail when managing transactions and operational processes.
- Be able to solve problems proactively and respond effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Communicate clearly and coordinate with clients, liquidity providers, and internal teams.
- Have advanced English proficiency and be able to submit a CV in English.
- Reside in Latin America.
- Experience at a cryptocurrency exchange, OTC trading desk, market maker, or digital asset payments company is highly preferred.
- A background in data science or statistics, including machine learning, deep learning, time-series analysis, pattern recognition, or natural language processing, is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and trade requests in Telegram, Slack, and WhatsApp trading channels.
- Monitor stablecoin pricing across liquidity providers and exchange venues to identify execution opportunities.
- Execute client trades using the proprietary back-office platform.
- Initiate and approve client fiat and digital asset payments using dual-control procedures.
- Provide clients with transaction hashes and bank confirmations after settlement.
- Coordinate wallet and bank-account whitelisting with Compliance and maintain the Master Address Repository.
- Settle transactions with liquidity providers and move funds between accounts, market makers, and exchange venues.
- Hedge stablecoin positions, including USDT, USDC, USDG, and EURC, and close positions at the end of each shift.
- Investigate operational alerts and prepare end-of-shift handovers covering open positions, pending transfers, and outstanding client requests.
