Requirements
- Bring 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital engineering roles.
- Have strong expertise in digital transformation initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Design and govern complex enterprise architectures, distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and integration ecosystems.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of data architecture, data platforms, governance, integration, analytics, security, and enterprise data management.
- Have hands-on knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI architectures.
- Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Define technology roadmaps, architectural principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Assess technical feasibility and guide implementation teams; evaluate technical trade-offs and enterprise security, scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.
- Create solution blueprints, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and technology accelerators.
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Automotive domain knowledge, including connected vehicles, customer experience, digital retail, dealer ecosystems, aftersales, or mobility solutions, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture design and technical strategy for strategic digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Translate business objectives and industry challenges into scalable, secure, and technically viable solution architectures.
- Define architecture frameworks, technology stacks, integration models, deployment strategies, and technical standards.
- Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making across initiatives.
- Develop reusable accelerators, solution frameworks, reference architectures, and technology assets.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, intelligent automation, cloud platforms, and advanced data architectures.
- Design enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to shape solutions, support implementation, and communicate architectural recommendations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
