Requirements
- Have 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Have experience developing backend applications and APIs using Python.
- Have hands-on day-to-day experience with agentic engineering tools and IDEs such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex, or similar solutions.
- Have experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint-based delivery.
- Be familiar with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Have experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understand CI/CD pipelines, software testing, DevOps, and secure development practices.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Be able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage shifting priorities in an evolving environment.
- Bring ownership, problem-solving, and rapid prototyping capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning and activities, define readiness and completion criteria, coordinate with business and product owners, conduct demos, and manage production handoffs.
- Design and build full-stack applications supporting AI and analytics solutions.
- Develop reusable tools, frameworks, and components for consulting teams.
- Build frontend interfaces with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable technologies.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Integrate applications with data sources, external systems, enterprise workflows, and cloud environments including Azure and AWS.
- Implement secure authentication, data management, and system integrations.
- Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices for deployment, monitoring, testing, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to clarify workflows and requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver production-ready features.
