Requirements
- Have between 2 and 5 years of experience in software engineering, product management, a founder's office, or building and operating a startup.
- Demonstrate product intuition, including the ability to identify usability issues and customer pain points.
- Have experience building and shipping real products, internal tools, or automation solutions using AI-powered development tools.
- Be able to direct, evaluate, and improve AI-generated implementations rather than relying on them without review.
- Independently identify problems, find solutions, and move projects forward without detailed specifications or constant guidance.
- Be interested in developing technical expertise in production systems, software architecture, APIs, data models, and application infrastructure.
- Take ownership from concept through deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Balance development speed, technical quality, and customer needs using analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate technical and product decisions, uncertainty, and concerns effectively in remote teams.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, direct customer interaction, and responsibility for production outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Speak with users, gather feedback, analyze support conversations, and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Turn customer insights, usage data, sales feedback, and churn patterns into product priorities and effective solutions.
- Own the development lifecycle from requirements and scoping through building, testing, deployment, and iteration.
- Use AI-powered coding agents to accelerate development, evaluate generated code, and ensure quality and reliability.
- Manage a product area from concept to production and take responsibility for its performance and customer experience.
- Review changes, test assumptions, and ensure delivered solutions meet production standards.
- Ship product improvements using feature flags and controlled releases when appropriate.
- Investigate production issues and improve application stability and performance.
- Develop understanding of the platform's data models, APIs, integrations, and WhatsApp infrastructure.
- Monitor product usage and feedback after releases, then decide whether to improve, maintain, or remove solutions.
