Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior project management experience required.
- Prior account management experience required.
- Healthcare or insurance industry implementation project experience preferred.
- Experience managing multiple competing large-format projects in a flexible, changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize competing deliverables and delegate appropriately.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and facilitate resolution of issues.
- Verbal communication and presentation skills, including presenting strategic, data-driven content to decision makers and SMEs.
- Administrative and technical skills using a PC, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Zoom, and telephones.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized project plans to meet go-live deadlines.
- Lead and coordinate onboarding workstreams with clients, consultants, vendor partners, and internal SMEs.
- Track, communicate, and complete project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with technical and data resources to ensure client programs are built, supported, and measured.
- Build relationships with client resources and SMEs and hold them accountable to project plans.
- Evaluate, address, or escalate onboarding issues to support timely resolution.
- Manage multiple priority projects assigned by leadership through the Enterprise Project Management Office.
