Requirements
- Bring strong hands-on experience building LLM-based conversational agents using Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph.
- Demonstrate expertise in prompt engineering, guardrails design, and fallback strategies.
- Have experience integrating AI agents with external APIs through tool-calling frameworks.
- Have a solid understanding of conversational AI architecture and orchestration patterns.
- Have experience designing customer-facing AI solutions for regulated environments.
- Bring strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Be able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Have Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
Responsibilities
- Build the Journey 1 AI agent using Azure AI Foundry and LangGraph.
- Design and implement state machines, prompts, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms based on the agreed conversation design.
- Integrate the agent with the mini-orchestrator platform and OTP verification flow.
- Integrate AI agents with external systems and APIs using tool-calling capabilities.
- Lead system and integration testing activities.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve identified defects.
- Validate agent behavior and implement error handling and fallback strategies.
