Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial full-stack software development experience.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with React 18 and TypeScript.
- Strong SQL knowledge, particularly PostgreSQL query and index optimization.
- Practical daily experience with AI tools or coding agents, including task decomposition, context definition, and prompt engineering.
- Experience critically reviewing code produced by LLMs or AI agents, including identifying fake tests, vulnerabilities, and over-engineering.
- Proficiency in writing unit, integration, or end-to-end tests.
- Ability to model financial calculations, rounding, time-dependent validity periods, and audit trails.
- Fluent spoken and written English (minimum B2/C1).
- For the Tech Lead role: experience as an architect or technical lead of an engineering team.
- For the Tech Lead role: experience implementing and scaling AI-agent-based development processes.
- For the Tech Lead role: advanced knowledge of code quality controls such as ArchUnit, Spring Modulith, mutation testing, and Testcontainers.
- For the Tech Lead role: knowledge of secure software design and role-based access control (RBAC).
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize typed user interfaces using React 18, TypeScript, and data-grid components.
- Develop backend services in the Java and Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Implement and maintain business rules, the pricing calculation engine, and temporal data models in PostgreSQL.
- Break business requirements into precise tasks for AI agents and provide the required context.
- Configure and maintain AI agent instructions, context files, and repository domain dictionaries.
- Critically review AI-generated code for security vulnerabilities, redundant code, and logical correctness.
- Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and maintain automated quality gates.
- Model financial calculations, rounding, time-dependent validity periods, and audit trails.
