Requirements
- Have 5+ years of commercial experience as a fullstack or software engineer.
- Demonstrate strong Python proficiency for backend development and API design.
- Demonstrate strong React and modern frontend development proficiency; TypeScript is preferred.
- Have hands-on experience building and deploying applications on Azure.
- Understand OAuth 2.0 and OIDC, including the OBO flow and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Be able to guide clients and teams, take initiative, and drive project goals.
- Communicate fluently in English and collaborate with international teams.
- Bring ownership, self-reliance, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Power BI integration and security model experience, including Power BI Embedded or row-level security, is a plus.
- Databricks Apps experience is a plus.
- Experience with agentic AI, AI agents, or LLM-based solutions is a plus.
- CI/CD pipeline experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, and infrastructure as code with Terraform or Bicep, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and build a production-grade full-stack web application with Python backend services and a React frontend.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of the solution on Azure.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization with OAuth 2.0, including the OBO flow for downstream APIs.
- Guide the client through requirements, solution options, and technical decisions.
- Lead and support the team, set priorities, and align delivery with client goals.
- Drive code quality, testing, security, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor other engineers.
- Propose product and architecture improvements.
