Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of Product Management experience in developer tools or infrastructure, or founder experience demonstrating strong product judgment and execution.
- Understand agent-driven development and how AI agents are changing developers' and software platforms' infrastructure and backend needs.
- Be familiar with AI evaluations, controlled experimentation, and data analysis.
- Use evidence to inform product decisions.
- Prefer shipping, learning, and iterating quickly over over-investing in detailed specifications.
- Take a hands-on approach to product development, including using the tools and products you manage.
- Have experience using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and feedback synthesis while maintaining independent judgment.
- Have excellent written communication and decision-making skills, and be able to work asynchronously and document decisions clearly.
- Be comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving, evolving product environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Spark projects from the initial MVP through general availability.
- Make Spark seamless for AI agents and the platforms they run on by ensuring backend infrastructure is available when applications are created.
- Define the user journey from experimentation to production, including how projects are claimed, upgraded, and expanded across the platform.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, and Finance on sustainable, economical packaging and pricing strategies.
- Work with platform customers to understand requirements, validate opportunities, and introduce Spark to relevant use cases.
- Establish success metrics, implement end-to-end product instrumentation, and use data and insights to guide prioritization.
- Evaluate product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
