Experience
7–12+ years of experience in Oracle Finance, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

Requirements

  • Bring 7–12+ years of experience in Oracle Finance, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
  • Have completed a minimum of 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects.
  • Have experience leading module-level delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Expenses (EXP), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Understand Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.
  • Understand data migration strategies and system integrations.
  • Have knowledge of FBDI templates, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI, and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting.
  • Be able to independently lead workshops and solution discussions with stakeholders.
  • Consulting and global delivery experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Finance modules, including AP, AR, Cash Management, Expenses, and GL.
  • Design scalable solutions and configure Oracle Cloud Finance in line with business requirements and best practices.
  • Gather requirements through workshops and translate them into Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.
  • Advise stakeholders and finance process owners on process improvements and automation across P2P, O2C, and R2R.
  • Lead Conference Room Pilot sessions, solution demonstrations, and end-user training.
  • Own module-level delivery across Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Hypercare.
  • Manage project deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies, and support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Define finance integration touchpoints and collaborate with technical teams on integrations.
  • Support data migration using FBDI templates and validate data accuracy and completeness.
  • Mentor junior consultants and develop implementation accelerators, templates, and reusable assets.
